Founding

Güzeliş Porselen San. ve Tic. A.Ş. and its group companies are, with more than half a century of experience, among the most established cookware manufacturers in Türkiye. The company began operating in İstanbul in 1958, decorating and finishing glass and porcelain kitchenware, and has since its founding handled high-volume wholesale distribution and marketing of porcelain and glass kitchenware both domestically and abroad.

In 1979 it established an enamel factory together with its sister company Erdoğanlar Emaye San. ve Tic. A.Ş., entering the enamel kitchenware market. Drawing on that manufacturing experience, and anticipating the shift in developed markets toward enamel products with non-stick interiors, the company built a second, non-stick factory at Çayırova, integrated with its Pendik facilities.

International operations continue through Ergun Holding A.Ş., founded in 1992, and through branches opened to expand foreign trade — Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan (1995) and the Tuzla Leather Free Zone (1996).
