This website (www.guzelis.com.tr) is operated by Güzeliş Porselen San. ve Tic. A.Ş.; by using the site you accept the terms below. The Turkish version is the binding text.
1. What the site is for
The site presents Güzeliş Porselen, the Eternity brand and its products, gives information and lets you contact us. Nothing is sold on the site; our products are available from our points of sale and authorised dealers.
2. Product information
Product descriptions, dimensions, capacities and other technical details are for information and may change without notice. Please confirm a product's current specification and availability with the point of sale or with us before buying.
Colours and patterns in photographs may look different from the product because of screens, lighting and printing. Food and accessories shown in photographs are not included.
3. Intellectual property
The Eternity trademark and logo, the Güzeliş Porselen logo, and the texts, photographs, videos, designs and registered patterns on this site belong to Güzeliş Porselen San. ve Tic. A.Ş. and are protected by intellectual property law.
They may not be copied, reproduced, altered, used commercially or published elsewhere without our written permission. Short quotations that name the source and link to this site, and use for news reporting, are excepted.
4. Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully. In particular, you may not:
- try to disrupt the site or its server, get round its security, or gain unauthorised access;
- use the contact and application forms for false information, advertising or bulk (spam) messages;
- copy the site's content in bulk with automated tools.
5. Links to other sites
The site may link to, and show content from, other services such as YouTube, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. Those sites are responsible for their own content and privacy practices; please read their terms as well.
